Is there a membership commitment?
Onboarding includes a 3-month commitment. After that, the program is month by month membership.
Cancellation requires 20-day notice.
How often do I meet with my coach?
Bi- Monthly check-ins with one of those being in person to complete measurements.
Are medications required?
No, but they can be powerful tools! Pricing of the program include the cost of medication usage.
Can I switch my injections to other injections you offer?
No, the bundles are non- negotiable.
What is NOT included?
Initial labs. Additional care and treatments. Additional injections or increased dosage. Episodic visits with nurse practitioner, if needed.
