Functional Medicine
Functional Medicine takes a root cause approach to restore health and vitality. An in-depth evaluation of medical history, symptomotolgy, as well a comprehensive blood work allows for thorough assessment of your specific needs when it comes to healing.

Services Provided: Comprehensive Functional Medicine Care, Pediatric Functional Medicine, Pediatric Well Visits, Sick Visits, Peptide Therapy Programming
Initial Appointment: An hour session with an in-depth dive into history, symptomotology, and blood work. Blood work can be ordered by our office or can be current (within one year) blood work from another provider. An individualized plan of care is then formulated to meet your goals.
Pediatric Well Visits: Due to high demand, we are now accepting pediatric well child visits. These are very similar to your pediatrician but with a heavy holistic twist! These are not comprehensive functional medicine visits. If your child has chronic issues (eczema, constipation, ADD/ADHD, asthma, ect.) that you would like addressed specifically, please specify you would like to be seen under the functional medicine part of our practice.
Estabilished Patient Sick Visit: As an established patient (adults and children), you may utilize our provider for sick visits. These appointments can be virtual or in person. Prescriptions may be ordered and/or a holistic approach can be discussed. These visits are based on provider availability.
Appointment & Associated Cost: The initial functional medicine appointment cost is $300 and follow up appointments are $150. Pediatric Well Visit cost is $75. Sick Visit cost is $75. In addition to this cost, there is associated lab cost (insurance can be applied here) and, as needed, prescription and supplement cost.
